GerencIA

The GerencIA program emerged in response to a need identified by CENIA, based on international studies and the Latin American Artificial Intelligence Index (ILIA 2023). Although Chile leads the region in scientific research and publications, a lag has been observed in technological adoption by the industry. GerencIA is designed to train high-level executives in the understanding and strategic application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the business environment. The program provided theoretical and practical tools to drive digital transformation in organizations, so that they can take advantage of the full potential that AI offers to improve profitability in an increasingly digitalized market.

This initiative was organized by CENIA, OTIC Sofofa and Sofofa Hub, with the sponsorship of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
